MAKING A PURCHASE
- For orders that are made separately and have been successfully paid for; any cancellation, amendment or combination of orders are not allowed. Prior to making full payment, please confirm that the item(s), colour, size, quantity and address are accurate.
- Computation rounding shown in invoice (if any) is a decimal representation due to multiple rounding mechanisms.
- We ship all orders within 1-3 working days after payment is received and cleared.
- Once the Shipping Confirmation is emailed to you, your items are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel during shipping if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers. However, we will make a reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
- For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
- All payments have to be made via methods specified by Waarna. Payments shall not be deemed as paid until the full amount of funds have been cleared.
- Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
- All items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
- All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM.
- If items are returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1&2), they will not be accepted.
- The costs of shipping the item(s) back to us is/ are borne by the buyer.
- Sale items are non-returnable.
- Please note that discrepancies may be found in the colour of the item(s) due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Waarna portrays all items as accurately as possible. Any returns due to colour discrepancies will not be accepted.
- All items are not ironed before being shipped to customers. Products that have creases on them are not deemed as faulty.
- All returns will be processed by the Returns Department, up to 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel.
- Waarna is not liable for our items that are purchased from a third party merchant.
- All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.
